This year's Earth Day once again drew attention to the importance of sustainability and the necessity of investing in our planet.
There are many things individuals and organisations can do to make a difference. At W&H, we continuously strive to improve in terms of material and energy efficiency, recycling and e-mobility.
- Our machines operate with the highest precision.
- We operate with 100 % green electricity, since 2021 some with our own photovoltaic system.
- All metal chips are recycled.
- Our open-loop machine oil recycling allows for 90 % reuse.
- We follow a comprehensive waste and environmental management system at our plants in Austria.
At the end of last year we've launched our #dentalsunited goes green campaign with the aim of taking further steps towards environmental protection within the dental community.
